Is a Genesys AppFoundry call recordings archive utility for Genesys Cloud. Locally installed application that is integrated with Genesys Cloud to download all agent recordings to either a local or cloud based SQL database..

  • Login with their Genesys Cloud credentials and roles.
  • Listen to any record.
  • Review, select and sort the recordings in the main archive window using “Username, Duration, ANI, DNIS, and Directions etc.”.
  • Filter and export.
  • Return to the Interaction Page in Genesys Cloud.
  • Admin users can manage the archival criteria including frequency, timing, auto-deletion etc..
